We had just moved here from out of province and were not familiar with the area or the trends in the market, but Brandi was able to provide so much helpful information to ensure we were confident during the entire process. Our standards were high during our search for the perfect place to call home, and we looked at so many properties with Brandi. She understood how important this purchase was to us and we never felt pressure from her to just pick one and be done with it. After a few months of searching with Brandi's help we found our dream home. Brandi was great as a seller of my home in Summerland. We lived out of town and needed a few updates and repairs and yard work on the home and Brandi was always willing to schedule and even make appointments with contractors.
