Bob was very helpful in finding my new home in Calgary! He was able to communicate with me during hours that worked best for me.

First of all, as far as I know, Mr. Kyoung always thought from the customer's point of view. He did not rush to urge the customer to buy the condo I was looking for and waited for the customer to decide. Second, he always fits the customer's schedule. Even on holiday evening, we worked together to see the condo, which I finally purchased. Third, he has accurate information about the right price. Consequently, he is very good at negotiating prices. The greatest quality of an agent is to buy cheap and sell high. When I sell my current house, I will leave it to him again, because a person who can buy a house cheaply has the ability to sell it for a higher price than others.

We were able to purchase our first home in Canada through this Realtor and now even get a new business place. He was very professional and always explained and helped us with our difficulties.

Bob has been reliable agent that I can trust 100% with his work/care/respect/dedications. We already had worked with him twice on two distinct properties in last year and if someone ask me about realtor agent, I would recommend him to anyone who ask me that question. I have seen advertisements from realtor agents that they are on your side, which is true, but with Bob, this is more likely to be 200% with Bob. He will get out his way to make the client's deal successful and smooth as possible as how clients want the deal to happen.

Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the all process. He provided a lot of valuable information to help us feel comfortable as buyers and sellers too. We think easy communication is super important when it comes to buy or sell properties but he was an absolute pleasure to work with!

I got help from Bob for buying and selling my place. It can be quite stressful sometimes but because of his excellence, I was pretty happy through the whole process. He is always not only optimistic, calm, kind and gentle but also professional and knowledgeable. He sometimes makes me laugh with his sense of humor. I was pretty satisfied with almost everything done by him in this long journey with my favorite little condo. One thing that I want to mention about his compassionate and thoughtful attitude is that Bob definitely went extra mile during the last selling process without extra charge.
