I have no words to express my gratitude. I was very fortunate to be able to purchase a home at a reasonable price in the hot Calgary real estate market. Of course, this was possible after meeting Bob Kyoung. I liked the house so much that I didn't want to pass it up, so I asked for a higher price than the listing. It would have been easier if he had offered at my original offer price... He kept in contact with the traveling Seller's Realtor to find the right price (lower than the offer price we set!) and complete the sale.(lower than the offer price we set!) and completed the sale. I later found out that offers at higher prices kept coming in after the sale was completed. He carefully reviewed and explained various difficult documents first, and provided various useful information about the condition of the house and house management, which was a tip that I couldn't hear anywhere else. I was worried about whether they would eat their meals on time because they were trying to meet the customer's schedule. “Take care of your health! I think I met a noble person this year!”
