Ben was very knowledgeable, an amazing communicator, very easy to deal with, and went above and beyond in getting the deal closed. He was always readily available and accessible to answer our questions, and guide us through the sale. I had the pleasure of working with Ben whom my partner and myself initially met via one of his tik tok videos lol. You may ask the question, why go for a realtor we happened to bounce upon social media, but we got a instance feeling that we could trust this guy with one of our biggest investment decisions: Thus so we did, we had our first meeting, and he asked “what are you expecting from me as a realtor?” And I said “trust and honestly” because we were out of province buyers from Toronto looking to relocate and he did not fail our trust one bit! When we finally found a home “which did not take too long” we knew this is what we wanted and he prepared the paperwork so diligently and swiftly to get the ball rolling, and even when we had doubts that the deal may not fall through it did ! And I’m forever grateful. You shall here from us soon to purchase our second within the next year or so!

Ben was the perfect agent for my first home buying experience. As you can imagine, I didn’t know anything about buying condo, lots of questions.
