He helped us to list the place within such a short time frame and even helped with getting us professional opinions from his connections regarding other questions. He acted at Client's best interest by listing the facts, pros and cons and then providing professional advices. I would work with him again if needed.

We met Ben over Christmas as we. were looking to purchase a condo in a trendy area in Calgary and we contacted 10 agents in Calgary between Dec 26 to Jan 2/23 and Ben was the first to respond. Ben was an excellent communicator and always responded professionally, promptly and respectfully. We live in Toronto and we love Calgary and always wanted to have a condo in the west coast this is why we contacted Ben. Ben did very detailed and comprehensive research for us which we really appreciated because we are very busy and don't know Calgary very well. Ben always communicated openly and honestly and was very knowledgable. We only had to tell him our parameters, price range and that we wanted a new build in trendy area Kensington. He was not pushy but genuinely wanted us to be happy. He took so much time showing us condos and doing the comparisons. We have worked with many real estate agents in the past and Ben is a 10/10.

He was patient, always on time, always responded quickly to our messages, got on the phone quickly with us whenever we wanted to, negotiated well for us, listened to us and kept us informed throughout the process.
