We were moving to Calgary from Ontario and Ben was extremely flexible in accommodating everything from the time difference to us only being able to come to look at houses one weekend. I was amazed at how quickly Ben responded to any questions/requests and thoroughly followed up. The weekend that we came to Calgary to look at potential properties went very smoothly - Ben was well prepared, suggested a great strategy/approach to tackling multiple properties in a short time that worked very well, and was there for us 100% for the full 2 days. Based on what we liked on the first day, he suggested some properties that we didn't pick to see initially, and I am extremely grateful that he did, because that is how we found the house and the neighborhood that we love.<br /> Ben was also very dedicated throughout the entire negotiation phase and was extremely supportive and always available until possession day.</p>
