<p>Ben is an excellent real estate agent and we can't thank him enough for helping us find our home. He took the time to get to know us and to find out what we were looking for. We really appreciated his honesty and suggestions when showing us properties. He pointed out things we didn't notice or hadn't considered. We were beyond happy with his negotiating. We were so happy with him in our purchase, that when it came time to sell we used again. I highly recommend Ben.</p>

<p>Ben and Meredith are a dream team. They were professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and well prepared. They were critical when they needed to be, and made sure that my best interests were kept in mind through out the process. My home sold in 5 days and I purchased my new home the day after the sale. Talk about seamless!! They even supervised the home inspections because I was out of town ... you just can't ask for better service. I would highly recommend Ben and Meredith and I wouldn't think of working with anyone else in Calgary.</p>

Ben created a marketing video for us which also helped show our home. He also introduced us to a home stager that did an exceptional job of showing how to set up our home since all of our furniture was packed and in transit.</p> <p>I would not hesitate to hire Ben Sweet, he is an honest realtor that will outline all of the market and neighbourhood factors that will go into buying or selling your home.
