Ben was great to work with. I've used him for buying and selling a home. His upbeat and positive approach to real estate made the whole searching and selling painless and actually enjoyable. I enjoyed working with Ben so much I recommended him to two other friends.

Ben was amazing. We are from out of town, and wanted a condo in the City. He found it, for the right price, easy to get in or out on Stony Trail. Close to everything we need, especially the airport. Or if we want to go west. Love it! We had trouble with the lender, and there was a bunch of sorting out. We had a deposit down, offer was made, but we were missing deadlines. They could have walked, but Ben smoothed everything over. He single handedly closed this deal. Lol. Poor guy. It was probably a month of monkying around for him. Whatever little points he made on a two bedroom condo..he worked hard, did it with a smile, and thanked us in the end. This guy is pro street.

Ben was very truthful from the beginning. We did what he said and we had a full offer 24 hours after we listed. I would use Ben again to buy or sell a house

Having bought and sold several properties over the years, I can honestly say this was the smoothest and least stressful sale I've experienced. Ben is beyond thorough and takes the time to walk you through the process of determining a listing price, and then talks you through his approach and strategy. Plain and simple, his strategy works! Quick sale, quick possession and the right price!
