Ben Sweet was very knowledgeable about the real estate scene in Calgary. He had a good handle on marketing and buyer patterns/habits. He shared realistic information and prices with us, which was quite helpful.

Ben is an exceptional real estate agent. He helped us to find the house of our dreams that meets our expectations and within our budget in a limited time frame. He was able to guide us through the process very smoothly and was very patient with us during the whole process. After we find the home that we really like, he worked so hard to negotiate the price in order to meet our budget. Once we had the inspector for the house inspection, we run through some issues, he immediately offered his help and came all the way through to the house more than one time to check about few things that the inspector could not do. Not only that, he came back to the inspector and asked him to refund our money back because he could not do his job properly. Ben definitely exceeded our expectations and he deserves every penny because he really cares about his customers. I will definitely use his services again if I need to.

Just had the best experience selling our inner city condo with Ben and Meredith. The condo sold in less than a week with competing offers and Ben handled the negotiations and provided excellent guidance throughout the process to ensure we received the maximum price with acceptable conditions.
