Ben was the best real estate agent we had in our 5 real estate transactions. He listened to our needs and was able to get the results we wanted. He was always available for our questions and provided sound advice. He went above and beyond and we never felt stressed or pressured. We will definitely used Ben again in the future.

Ben was great to work with. He helped us navigate through our first home purchase and had the patience to take us through numerous homes to ultimately find what was best for us. He always communicated with us promptly and made sure that we had the proper attention that we needed. While doing walk throughs, Ben always provided an honest opinion about the home and highlighted features that bring or take away value from a home. Ben has a great energy and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Ben!

<p>I'm writing this review for many reasons but one in particular, and that was because what brought me to call Ben Sweets and associates in the first place, it was because of the online reviews! Anyways good thing we did use Ben! You can't pay someone enough to care and definitely Ben and his team cared and were so professional.</p> <p>They definitely knew their stuff, unlike the other realtors we interviewed before Ben. I would ask them questions and they basically were ill informed about their very own industry.. But when we interviewed Ben we also grilled him, as this was our first time listing and selling a house. He never blinked once, was kind and answered all of our questions and concerns and also very responsive from all hours of the day and even night during our sale.</p> <p>We are very happy we hired him. We listed our house and by day 7 we sold it! Ben's marketing really does work and this is proof! Even during a pandemic! So thank you Ben and your team! And I hope when you read this, you will also call because you won't be disappointed. There wasn't enough star options to rate highly but the full 5 will have work!</p>

Ben was absolutely awesome and helped us get our home listed and sold quickly and effectively. Ben had some great advice on making our home more friendly for showings (it is a smaller home) and assisting us arrive at an attractive and appropriate list price. Would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to sell their home and would use him again in a heartbeat.
