His experience and expertise were evident upon first meeting, and we felt comfortable, given his tried and true processes. We really value communication and Ben excelled in that regard as well. Ben Sweet has been the best realtor over the years, he helped sell our first home, and thanks to his strategic advice, created a bidding war to get us top dollar. Then he ensured we were able to win the bid on our current (dream) home. Since then he's been our advisor on many home, renovation and realty related questions, and he always takes the time to help us out. He's strategic, knows the Calgary market, has honest, sound advice, and is fun to work with too. Couldn’t recommend Ben Sweet any more!

From start to finish, Ben and his team took care of our needs and was able to sell our condo in an incredibly tough market during hard times. He was able to negotiate a price which we were happy with and was higher than the average condo selling in our complex. Ben was incredibly responsive to our questions and often responded within an hour. Early morning or late at night, Ben was there for us. What I was impressed by the most was the care we received after purchasing our first house a few weeks after selling the condo. There were issues with the property found the day before possession such as: leaking appliances, birds nesting in the vents, junk left in the house, and keys that didn't work. The team tried reaching out to the sellers who basically said it was our problem now. This made our first house experience very depressing when we should have been excited. Knowing this, Ben and Scott went above and beyond by literally coming to our house and personally removing leftover trash. They also took care of the three birds nests in our vents and even had a piano professionally removed, which was also left behind. I soon realized how Ben and the team truly have their clients' best interest at heart and aim to provide the best experience possible, even when things don't go as expected.

I would  highly recommend Ben Sweet to anyone looking for a successful home sale. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. He was professional throughout the process and responded promptly to all our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market & is an absolute pleasure to work with.
