Audrey Bailey listed our family home this past spring (2023). She expertly helped us prepare it for sale, providing and arranging many different professionals (e.g., handy person, de-clutterers, home inspectors, furnace, roofers, cleaners). Until the house was sold, Audrey organized weekly open houses, providing us with excellent feedback, and giving us realistic and professional advice in negotiating a fair deal for the ultimate sale of the house. She was an excellent problem solver as issues came up and was more than willing to assist us in any way she could. We had a wonderful experience with Audrey. Selling a home while being remote was very stressful for us. We were selling one of our investment properties in Burlington while living in Montreal - with full-time careers and 2 kids, we weren't too sure how this would go. Audrey is also a mom, and investor and has a full-time career so she really understood us. She knew how to take the stress off. She managed absolutely everything for us. From dealing with our tenant directly and explaining all the steps and options to our tenant. To preparing the space, Audrey coordinated with all her contacts/suppliers to come and prepare the space to sell. Her ongoing communication was amazing. She explained the process as we were going along, always making sure we knew what was going on and we knew everything was under control. We had a very successful sale.
