I own a condo in downtown Toronto. I recently had a long-term tenant leave for another part of Canada. Audrey Bailey had also arranged that tenancy and it was a great match! I was a bit concerned about getting another tenant into my place timely, but Audrey immediately posted the vacancy on MLS and within two to three days we had over 12 responses and confirmed appointments. We had very good quality candidates for the tenancy and accepted a very nice couple to start their tenancy at the Condo in less than a month. This was a tremendous relief to me! Audrey understood my stress and worked quickly to arrange a new tenant, and impressively it was at a much higher monthly rate than the previous tenant had paid! This is only my most recent experience with Audrey's real estate skills. I am an American and had tricky territory to navigate in order to obtain a mortgage in Canada, particularly since this Condo purchase was during the pandemic. Audrey's skills and contacts made a very difficult transaction possible and was a great introduction to her talent as a complete agent! She was also responsible for staging the condo and managing issues that arose during the tenancy! She knows all facets of the real estate industry and there is no one I have more confidence in than Audrey! She's a great problem-solver and is such a cheerful personality, she takes the stress out of the stressful situations involved with real estate transactions and ownership! I will use her real estate services in the future and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a dedicated and pleasant professional like Audrey, to assist them in any aspect of a real estate transaction!
