Ariel is now our favorite Realtor in town. His knowledge about the market as well as the neighborhoods were impressive. Very accommodating in meeting our schedules for house visits, and we so appreciate his patience throughout. Extremely polite and cheerful. It was easy to bring up our concerns with him. His price valuation reports that he prepared before placing an offer was fair and pretty well worked. I am not sure if every realtor does that. Thank you Ariel!
