Ariel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the transaction. We hired him primarily because of the level and depth of analysis that he came up with for pricing and marketing strategy. He kept us informed throughout the process either in real-time or weekly updates. He provided very reasonable recommendations during the negotiation process. He is one who doesn't play that typical 'mind games' that happen during a real-estate transaction. I would highly recommend him!!

We are home owners!!! Thanks to Ariel this went so much smoother than anticipated. In our first meeting with Ariel we spoke about what we would like in a house. We didn’t think we will be able to find something that will be an exact match but Ariel listened and sent us some options. Turns out our home was in the list.
