April is amazing! Extremely personable, professional and intelligent. She definitely knows her stuff and the BC areal estate market! Highly recommend!

April's negotiations skills are top class! We appreciate all of her help and honesty when we ask for her advise and help. Our purchase went smooth thanks to her, Marc Deslodges and the amazing Neal Estate Group. We are definitley going to use their expertise in the near future again!

April Spackman is absolutely amazing!!! :) She helped us to sell our house fast and with very little stress. We have bought and sold many properties, she is a great strategist and got us the most for our house. We needed to complete our bathroom reno during process and so even though we had that and other challenges, she helped us navigate it all seamlessly. I would highly recommend April, she went well above and beyond, exceeding all our expectations! Can’t thank enough! :)
