April is very patient and responsive. She provided great unbiased and professional responses to my questions. April is very diligent, notices minor details and points them out regardless of whether they may delay my purchase. Since, I was overseas before coming to Canada, she had to visit many properties and take detailed video shots for me. When the inspection turned up potential issues she helped me to assess them and negotiate a fair price for the property. I am vey satisfied with April's services and strongly recommend her.
