<p>March 21, 2021</p> <p>April Spackman, a charming, well-spoken young woman, and the Ron Neal Team were a godsend for my husband and me! April was proactive from the moment we contacted her: she presented us with several options in high quality condos immediately, (only showing us those properties which met our criteria, as we'd requested) and within a day we knew what we wanted to purchase.<br /> Ms. Spackman also sold our large home in Westhills within a matter of days, before it was listed, at a large profit! April knows the Langford (and Westhills) area well, and with her extensive experience, proactive approach, and her warm, positive and considerate manner, my husband I felt very comfortable and knew we'd found exactly the right realtor. April never pressured us as other realtors have in the past, yet she gently moved us toward our goal of selling our home, and we felt secure in her hands.<br /> April also helped us by putting us in touch with a trusted moving company, as well as a *professional stager and packer, thereby making the process of moving house less stressful, for which we are very grateful.<br /> Ron Neal's Team was generous enough to offer to lend us a moving van, and even help with our storage fees! - unheard of with other real estate companies.<br /> We absolutely recommend April Spackman and The Ron Neal Team for your real estate needs!<br /> Hilary Fuller & Derrick Johnson<br /> Westhills, (Langford) - now of Sooke</p> <p>*The owner of the staging and packing company is called Jamie Stange; her company is Simple Space Maker Design, and she and her coworker Liama were just BRILLIANT at helping my husband and I get organized for our move, which was a big one; Jamie and Liama treated us with respect, kindness and compassion as we struggled - late in the game - to pack up our 3 bedroom house; they were good-humoured in the face of our moments of emotional distress, and took over when we couldn't cope. We contacted April in 2019 for information about the housing market and condo sales. We kept in touch periodically until deciding to sell in February, 2021. The condo sold in March. April provided all the assistance we needed to pack up, clean up, and experience a low-anxiety move!

April is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Victoria market. She has great availability and is always willing to make time for her clients.

April Spackman provides a service like no other. Her advice, patients, attention to detail and negotiating skills are unsurpassed. We would recommend April if you are selling your current home or buying a new one.

<p>April blew our expectations out of the water. She was available, patient and straightforward to work with and she helped us sell our home 40k above asking price without it even going up for sale. We can't recommend the Coming Soon program enough! We were helped in every way possible, and 'Jamie the Stager' was a miracle worker on our home and helped us to clear away our clutter to make for a faster sale. My wife and I had been looking for a house since 2016. In our initial foray into the market we met April and were immediately impressed by her professionalism, hard work, knowledge and organization. We felt we were in good hands and that she really works hard for her commission. That initial foray came close to a sale but in the end we decided to wait. Fast forward to 2020-21 and we were ready to go at it again. There was no doubt in our minds who we would want to represent us: April Spackman. There are a couple of areas that we especially thought were great: one is how quickly she responded to questions and the other is her expertise. We had entered a hot market with limited inventory. We believe it was April's experience and advice that enabled us to be successful in our bid for the house we recently purchased. We highly recommend April to any prospective buyers (or sellers) and are confident that should you choose her as your representative, she will put you first. At no time will you feel any pressure to purchase. We believe her goals are that you walk away more than satisfied and confident that the right decisions were made.
