April was amazing in this fast paced market! We were able to get the condo of our dreams very quickly. Viewings were easy and fast to book and April answered all our questions quickly. I will definitely work with April again in the future.

This property could not be handled by an inexperienced realtor. It was a lovely 7500 sq ft renovated commercial building that was featured in two magazines. It had no comparables and had to wear two hats during the sale as both a commercial property and residential. Because of the size and complexity April had to attend every showing for two years. We had 9 failed contracts but she and her team never gave up and NEVER got down! I don’t know of nor have I heard of any other agent/ team that could have handled this property to such a successful conclusion. Well done April!!!

April is the real deal. She is up front, clear and you know she's there to help in any way she can. She even drove two hours to face-time a listing, which ended up being the property we purchased. We couldn't recommend a better person for a cross country move.
