When I first started working with Harman Goyal he was very informative and patient with me as I was a first-time buyer with little knowledge of the real estate market/industry. Harman took a lot of time to not only educate me about the buying process but also if I had any questions I could always count on a swift response day or night. When it finally came time to put down offers on properties I was interested in, Harman remained a steady presence while we navigated through opportunities, bidding wars, and the disappointment when we couldn't get that property. However, his attitude and reassurance helped me always move forward to the next opportunity that would present itself which inevitably got me my first property. A beautiful home that was above my budget in the beginning however Harman was able to negotiate the final sale to exactly where I was able to afford it. If you are ever looking for a realtor who is reliable, knowledgeable, patient, and always looking out for your best interests in mind I would highly recommend Harman Goyal for his services.
