My tenant broke his lease mid winter and moved to Alberta and then my property was vacant for over 2 months, I had a realtor previously who tried to rent out the property but he made no effort, he literally just copy pasted pictures of previous listing agent who sold me the house and he gave me the lockbox to put on the property. He never stepped a foot into the property and gave excuses that "its winter & rent is too high". I was out of country from Feb 1st till Mid March and when I got back and went into the property I saw people misused the toilet and I had to get it cleaned and also get a plumber to fix a few things because my realtor never stepped a foot into the property to look at damages. Then I hired Royal York Property Management and they couldn't find a tenant either so I fired them. Then I came across Anurag Sharma team and Abhi Sharma was assigned to me. He took the initiative to get keys from me and go into the property and take pictures and then put it up on MLS right away and also market the property. Abhi was very responsive and always returned my calls and replied to my text messages. With all of Abhi's sales and negotiation skills, we were able find a qualified tenant in a few days over the good Friday long weekend. These guys are a bunch of professionals and I have experienced very good service from them. It was a very smooth process especially since I live in GTA and my this rental that Abhi leased out is in Kitchener...I will most definitely consider Anurag Sharma Team whenever I will sell this property.
