We listed and sold our home in Kitchener with Anurag Homes. It all started with a telephone call to Anurag and the next day he came for the evaluation of the home. He had done very professional work in assessing the value of the home with reasonable comparison in the market and with lot of study of the live market. From there, the Real Este coordinator Preet got involved and did an excellent job of coordinating various activities like arranging for Home staging consultation, sending a checklist for making the home ready for listing, arranging for staging and making home presentable for viewings. She arranged for the photographer also. The photographer did an excellent job of taking many photos, videos, 360 deg. I-guide views. Preet did an excellent job in writing the listing description without missing any detail. The whole team coordinated and managed two open houses which had good response. Anurag coordinated receiving the offers from buyers and negotiating and made sure that we get good value for the house. The entire process was very smooth, stress free and professionally managed.
