This was by far my best experience in finding and purchasing a home. Tony really listened to understand what I was looking for in a home and what specific features were important to me. Using new technology and a unique application he created specific search criteria which really helped identify my best options. He would do further research into any properties I was interested in and create videos in which he discussed all relevant background details, which was pretty cool. My realtor’s knowledge and insight into a property’s real value was invaluable in helping me vet my selections and when I ultimately presented an offer. He worked closely with my mortgage specialist and also provided me with lists of trusted home inspectors and lawyers. He helped me find the home and neighborhood that has the vibe I was always looking for!

Anthony and his team were phenomenal. From start to finish they worked hard to sell my property and serve me. I was very worried have to sell during Alberta's economic downturn, not to mention the pandemic. Anthony was great, communicating with me through out the process and keeping my spirits up. In the end he was able to get my condo sold very close to the listing price, no small feat in the present market. The crew he works with were very professional and helped my place look great in the listing photos. The administrators from the office were fantastic passing along info about showings, they were always timely and accurate in their communications. I always knew with in a day or two what each prospective buyer thought of my place. Even while I was out of town Anthony and his co-workers continued to show my place and made it easy for me to gauge the interest in it. When an offer was made on my condo Anthony made sure I understood what was being asked for by the buyer. His prompt analysis of the housing inspector's report allowed me ample time to address all areas of concern that were brought up. Thus I was able to easily meet the conditions needed to close the sale on my place I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a realtor.

Had a great experience with this team. Anthony and his team were very knowledgeable and thoughtful. This group knew all the right questions to ask on both sides and made sure neither side was caught off guard. Great job.

<p>The process is never easy: looking at houses, comparing, negations, renos, etc.. It's a process. What I respect out Anthony is the patience, understanding, professionalism, knowledge, and now... friendship. I worked with another realtor years ago that treated me like I was a paycheque... No personality and disrespectful looking for a commission. Hack and Co. and Anthony opened my eyes to how to run a personable and PROFESSIONAL business. We had snacks on long days looking at houses, laughed, joked, and, of course, crunched numbers and comparable's. I appreciate the texting back and forth as Anthony showed an extraordinary concern for his clients, their well being, and wanting us to do well. I appreciate the contacts with other TEAM members. We used the mortgage broker in their team. As an independent fella, I am glad I did. Cheryl Wilkes is very INFORMED and connected... She is outstanding in her knowledge. We also used their preferred and trusted contractors. The fact that you can trust them is something to be said and they do go to work.<br /> Overall, I would recommend Anthony as a PROFESSIONAL. His knowledge, his inter-personal skills, and his negotiation tactics. Anthony would be my first stop, and HACK and Co my last ever stop.<br /> Good luck in your search for a realtor, but for selling and buying... I respect them because it has been earned.</p>

Selling a house in the middle of a pandemic is not easy, but Anthony was there to guide us through it every step of the way. He was always professional, thorough with his market analysis, and communicated with us constantly during the sale of our home. We also appreciated the weekly update videos that he provided. Although we ended up selling our home for less than we expected, Anthony worked tirelessly to get us a price we were satisfied with, given the extremely tough market conditions. On top of everything else, we truly had a sense that he cared about us and our family and he genuinely listened to what we had to say.
