Anthony was great a blessing to my wife and I and open eyes to items we did not consider before when it came to building our new home. He was very professional and informative on market trends and what would bring resell value in our home for the future. We did struggle when it came to the pricing as it turned out the builder was no longer accepting offers. Anthony did his best to find a home within our budget. We did have a little bit of a rollercoaster and not going on to lie it was stressful but Anthony did his best to help us through it. At the end of the day we learned a lot and would always recommend going with a realtor when building a new home.

Tony helped me as a first time home buyer. Communicating with him was easy and he was always available for a call. He keeps current with market knowledge so you know how your house of interest fits into the bigger picture, and what and where you can buy for your budget. Had a great team and network around him so you can find a home inspector, lawyer, plumber, etc. You can trust. I found him easy to work with, no high pressure, works at your pace. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable. Will seek him out for future real estate transactions for sure.

His market research and analysis of similar properties in my building, and surrounding neighborhood, was very impressive As a first time home seller, he patiently and expertly walked me through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. He provided tips on how to better prepare my condo for showings and regularly checked in with me. I had an offer within 3 x days of listing!
