Our experience with Amanda was over and above our expectation. She carried herself with total professionalism throughout the entire time we dealt with her. She never hesitated to show us homes as times that were convenient for us. She even went out of her way to show us homes outside of the Edmonton area which we really appreciated. When we eventually found the home we wanted to make an offer on, she made the time to get our offer in during a family event she was at over the weekend. She continued to step away from her family event throughout that day to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Fortunately, we ended up closing on the home in a competitive multiple offer situation. When possession day came and the house wasn’t cleaned to our standard, Amanda had her professional cleaners come in and clean to house to where it appeared brand new. She treated us to a beautiful gift basket of house warming essentials on possession day as well. That really put the cherry on top of the entire experience.
