Amanda's experience, flexibility, and great communication skills shined throughout our investment property hunt. She helped us close our first investment property in Edmonton all remotely! Since we were not familiar with Edmonton's housing market, she took the time to explain the different areas well, helped us narrow our search, and provided several referrals to property managers, lawyers, etc.. we did everything through video calls so we heavily relied on her prompt communication skills to stay in the loop and trusted her judgement to let us know what the situation is like outside of the videos. Amanda went above and beyond until the last minute where she mailed us a copy of the keys. All in all, Amanda provided 5-star services and we would highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home or an investment property.
