My wife and I, were moving to Peterborough from Ottawa. We did not know any agents at the time. My sister, who lives in Peterborough suggested Alket Kulla. She said he was very energetic, and was very successful. We contacted Alket on a Tuesday, and by Thursday we had purchased a house that was perfect for our needs. He has a vast knowledge of the Peterborough area, which is very valuable for newcomers to the city. His calm and confident manner, made what could have been a stressful situation, relatively stress free. When my wife require an agent for future real estate needs, we will most certainly call upon Alket again. I would recommend Alket to anyone, buying or selling in this area.

Our buying experience with Alket was fantastic. We purchased a project house in Norwood, Ontario that had a tonne of interest and we competed against 14 other offers. Alket’s knowledge of the market provided us with the confidence to make this purchase. Alket was there anytime we had a question about the process and was genuinely caring about our needs. We chose Alket Kulla to sell our house because of his professionalism and knowledge of the industry. Alket truly loves his job and it shows! He is extremely motivated, hard-working, and a real "go-getter", and that is what you want from an agent selling your home. We listed our house during the Covid-19 pandemic, and Alket followed all of the necessary protocols in order to keep us and everyone safe. He guided us through the selling process and answered any questions we had. He was extremely responsive and kept us in the loop at all times. Our house was sold after 1 day, that's impressive! Alket has been an absolute joy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the industry, understood perfectly what we wanted (more so than we did a lot of the time!), dedicated, and just plain fun to be around. He was able to get our house sold within a week and well above the price we were hoping for. Alket works non stop and always makes time to answer all of our endless questions.
