Alket is knowledgeable, hardworking, responsive professional. He knows his stuff and he is as invested in finding a good fit as you are. Alket definitely sets the bar high for what you can expect from a realtor, not only is his knowledge of Peterborogh extensive, he provided a really helpful financial analysis that outlines the investment property ROI to help make informed decisions. Alket has also handled sticky negotiations with seller and I think overall he is an invaluable asset and contact to have in your corner.

Alket helped us sell our home and get the best price possible. He showed compassion for both the sellers (us) and the buyers in navigating the pandemic uncertainties while following guidelines set out by authorities. Alket is very approachable, listens to concerns and questions, and relays information so he is satisfied that all parties understand the process. We actually researched online who to list with, and settled on Alket because of his positive reviews. We were not surprised by the great energy that he puts into every aspect of his work. He's a real gem in the real estate industry. He was just as thrilled as we were to close not one, but two real estate deals!

When we first met Alket we found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. As we got to know him a little better we found a very warm and personable gentleman who had nothing but the best end result in mind for us. Sold my mom’s house during COVID-19. The house was on the market for two days when we had an offer and it sold within two weeks. Alket was great to work with.
