Alex contacted me over a year ago while I was browsing on line from Halifax. I knew I was moving within a year, but had many issues to address first. He emailed listings to me & we chatted several times over 14 mths. This enabled me to feel informed enough to buy a house within 2 weeks of my actual arrival in June. I had a limited budget after selling a house in Halifax, where the market is much lower, but was resolved to buy something outright & retire with no mortgage this fall. Alex patiently showed me houses in enough locations that I was able to make a confidant decision. He was always professional, but most importantly, always kind.
