Alex truly made our buying experience easy and rather stress-free He reached out to me after I had expressed interested in a house his office had listed. Unfortunately it had sold but within 3hrs of calling Alex came over to my home to sit with my husband and I to figure out the budget and wants. Within 4hrs he’d set up a Custom online portal so I can could view all the homes within our budget and needs. The following week we set up 7 house viewings In two days and Alex was fantastic with planning out the best way to see them all. By Friday we had found the one and put an offer. Alex worked quickly and efficiently through the offer process and made it so easy. Closing the house was a breeze as we used Alex’s recommendations for a home inspector and Nat was able to find small issues we would never have seen. Having Alex throughout this process gave me piece of mind I was doing the right thing even when the market is so rocky. His knowledge and team behind him made me confident that I made the right move when we did.
