Alex was the key to our home going in to multiple offers and ultimately selling over asking. The marketing plan was outstanding as well as the before sale consultation with his team. We were able to make small cosmetic and staging changes that showed our home in the best possible light with their guidance. Alex, with his non aggressive approach never made our family feel pressured in any step of this process. This was supposed to be the most stressful time in our lives, but ended up being a real pleasure.
