Tom Hillson is a team member of Hudson Smith Real Estate group and he brings 12 years of dedicated experience to the real estate industry. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed in excess of $100M in property sales across Guelph and the surrounding communities. Born in 1976, Tom has witnessed Guelph and the region evolve and more than double in size over the years. Having lived in the area his entire life, he offers clients a deep understanding of the community, local market, and neighbourhoods — an especially valuable perspective for those who are new to the area.
