I’m Patricia Broadhurst, a Sales Representative with The Realty Firm Inc., proudly serving London, Ontario and communities across Southwestern Ontario. Behind every listing and set of keys, there’s a real family, a real story, and a real next chapter - and that’s what I care about most.

Before real estate, I worked as an international contracts manager, negotiating high-risk, high-value design and development contracts. That experience taught me to think strategically, negotiate confidently, and protect my clients’ interests as if they were my own. Today, I bring that same level of professionalism and precision to every transaction - ensuring no detail is missed and every decision is made with purpose.
