Wayne Ross

I had such a disappointing experience with both Wayne Ross and Lexterra. I am in the process of making a complaint to the real estate board regarding both Wayne and Lexterra, I complained to the managing broker at Lexterry (his boss) and they noted my frustration, but ultimately they did nothing. Details: Wayne listed our property based on information from 4 years ago. This means we had less people through our house and it was on the market longer because the price was too high. This cost us money. Wayne ignored my requests for more information regarding his pricing and commission. He changed our closing date TWICE, without checking with us, because it was more convenient for the buyers. It was a huge hassle to adjust moving vans, appointments etc.
