During our initial meeting Warren was warm, friendly, and confidence-inspiring. He walked me through the process and provided very helpful tips for staging. It all happened quickly and efficiently. I finished staging the house on Sunday. Monday he brought in a professional photographer to take amazing photos and produce a detailed floor plan. Tuesday I reviewed his write-up of the property, and that night the listing went live. Wednesday there were two showings and one offer. Thursday the house was sold for very close to asking! During the rest of the process, Warren was helpful with recommendations for local cleaners and movers, as well as helping deal with some of the unique challenges each person encounters while selling their home. Most importantly, after reviewing my property and the area, Warren had recommended a selling price higher than I anticipated! Of the two offers I got on the first day, one felt it was a little high and the other produced a sale. It is clear Warren's knowledge and experience priced my house perfectly! Warren's years of experience and excellent personal service provided incredible value and I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
