Susan Swan

As a first time home buyer initially the thought of buying a home was an intimidating process. Susan made that process simple and easy to understand and removed any fears I initially had. Not only was it my first time, but at the start of the hunt for my home I was working out of town, Susan worked hard to communicate with me through email, text and calls to work with me and get a lot of the heavy lifting done even before we had ever met in person. When we had finally done home tours, Susan helped me with any question I had, and was on the same page with me with what home was right with me. During the actual buying process, Susan was diligent with all communication with the seller and helped me get the home I loved for a price I was comfortable with. I had heard many bad home buying stories, but with Susan's help my story was easy and very enjoyable.
