I had a very disappointing experience working with Ricky Singh as my realtor. As a first-time homebuyer, I trusted him to guide me through the process, but that guidance was largely missing. There was a serious lack of transparency when it came to important condo-related issues. Prior to our purchase in March 2024, there were already discussions about balcony repairs in condo meetings, yet this information was never shared with us. We were not advised to carefully review condo documents or meeting minutes, and just a few months later, in June 2024, we were suddenly hit with a $30,000 repair charge. This was a major financial burden that could have been anticipated with proper guidance. Additionally, there was very little effort to prepare us for the true cost of ownership. Even basic expenses like property taxes and timelines were not clearly explained upfront, which made the experience more stressful as new buyers. It felt like the focus was only on closing the deal, rather than ensuring we were fully informed and protected. Since then, the building has also faced ongoing issues, including multiple theft incidents and continuous repairs, which has only added to our regret. Overall, this experience has been costly and frustrating.
