About 7+ years ago, I was going through a challenging time and needed to sell my home quickly. I saw Raj's name on a For Sale sign and called him. Raj met with me soon after and got my home sold for over asking price in one day. Fast forward, about a 18 months ago, I am ready to buy in an extremely challenging market. A friend suggested another agent who I decided to use. I got pre- approved from the bank and decided to step out there regardless of the Housing War. It seemed hopeless, after to agents told me that I will not get anything in the city for what I was approved for by the bank. I needed to go above that,or move away from the city. After praying one day, I decided to call Raj and explain the situation. He sent me some listing right away, and 3 days later, one evening, we were out looking at homes. We looked at 4 homes, and I made an offer on the one I liked. By 9 pm, Raj called and said the offer was accepted. Although my offer was above the asking price, it was below what I was approved for, so I remained well within my budget. Raj provided me with the information and I made the decision. Raj knows his job, and puts in time and effort into getting the job done. He is very helpful and considerate in meeting his clients need. What I admire about Raj, is that he is never to busy to answer or return calls. He is born for this job 😃
