Pierre was 'assigned' to me several months ago by a manager at another real estate firm seemingly uninterested in my business. This was not a good sign, I thought at the time. My eventual purchase - a property that had been taken off the market weeks before my visit to the area - was made possible, I'm sure, by his people and negotiating skills, as well as the teamwork at Engel and Volkers. I got the property I was looking for, at the right price, in the right location. I believe the vendors were actually happy with Pierre's gentle and diplomatic persistence.
