Marc Perras is the “ultimate” real estate professional. Experienced, hard working, and knowledgeable who communicates frequently. He is totally “hands on” in becoming knowledgeable about the property so he can personally demonstrate the features to prospects. We had three showings and two acceptable offers largely due to Marc’s approach and energy.
