We had an amazing experience working with Mandeep as first-time home buyers. Since neither of us was in Ottawa during the process, he made everything so smooth by virtually showing us homes and guiding us through each step with honesty about the pros and cons. When we couldn’t find the right home, he suggested a pre-construction option, which turned out to be perfect for us. He was with us through every step until closing, attended the PDI with us, helped us know what to look for during inspections and was very involved throughout.
