Luisa is an incredible agent. She is personable and dependable and has amazing attention to detail, and works at a very high standard. She is so thorough, takes note of little things that you wouldn’t necessarily notice or would think of yourself. She is also very proactive and responds in a very timely manner. She’ll follow up with other agents to make sure your needs are met and questions are answered.
