Linden is a very experienced, knowledgeable and kind realtor. She understood the enormity of our leaving our heritage home of 54 years, advised us on how to clear out belongings and have the house looking impersonal and elegant for buyers, patiently hosted Open Houses, understood the current quiet market and her marketing has resulted in qualified buyers. At the same time she showed us likely townhouses and has secured what we were looking for, just nearby. We are most grateful.
