I met Lilliana, when my parents were getting ready to move. I must admit, I was a bit upset they picked their agent without me. The only reason is because I’m a professional mover and have some great connections. Lilliana took over from there. She managed to find a really fantastic property that checked all the boxes for my parents. My parents are seniors. Lilliana made efforts to help them in every aspect of what they needed to do. All while communicating everything with me. Lilliana showed genuine care and displayed complete professionalism.
