Incredibly knowledgeable with his background of journeyman plumbing really coming into play with making sure every house we considered was structurally sound with good bones. He responds fast, takes good care of his clients, and helped walk us through the home buying process as first time home buyers… and even helped us strategize to get our house below asking price!
