Kent was an absolute lifesaver in our purchase of our first home. We were searching in a very competitive housing market, with lots of contention in our price range. Kent went above and beyond to secure us viewings basically the second we saw the listings, and he helped us do all that we could to put in a successful offer against all the competition. It was all thanks to him that we were able to buy the perfect home that met ALL of our criteria.
