The sale itself also came with a lot of complicated back-and-forth between ourselves and the buyers, and throughout the entire process Katayoon and Derek absolutely had our backs. We always felt protected, informed, and well-advocated for. On the purchasing side, they were incredibly organized in coordinating tours of all the properties we were interested in, and they were refreshingly candid about the pros and cons of each home. Their insight was invaluable, not just in terms of the market, but also in helping us assess the actual condition and long-term considerations and investment potential of the homes we viewed. We never felt pressured and always felt they genuinely wanted us to make the right decision for us. Overall, one of the things that stood out most was their responsiveness and level of care.
