I didn’t plan on finding a real estate agent to represent me on a recent rental condo purchase/investment. I decided to just see the condo through the agent listing it for the sellers. Turns out I felt like the agent was definitely not looking out for my needs and it felt quite one sided. As a result, for the first time I decided to find someone to represent me and my wife as we still wanted to pursue this condo. We randomly found Jessica’s contact in the same building as she was listing a unit in the same building. But wow, what a relief and blessing it was that we decided to ask her. At first, we just needed someone to represent us and look out for our needs throughout this investment. But Jessica definitely turned this experience into something so much more. From front to back on this deal, Jessica went above and beyond. We were very naive about the rental/investment side of things but her expertise not only taught us about the ins and outs of this game, but she turned the experience from a stressful one into one that we left with confidence and peace. I have bought three condos before but never had I been treated and represented so well. We didnt know Jessica for a single second prior to this but now she’s become our source for anything real estate from now on in our investment future. She fought for conditions on the sales contract we didn’t even know existed, she even went above and beyond at the end and arranged for a full professional cleaning of the condo unit when the sellers cleaners did such a disappointing job. She was there for every question and made this process so much easier than it could have been.
