Our agent promoted the sale of our house by getting a professional to set up the virtual tour online, and the drone outside pictures as it was an acreage we were selling. The buyers realtor did a poor job of showing our house, and getting all the information such as the RPR, water potability report, feature sheet etc so the buyer had many unanswered questions. In the end the buyer came out to see us and we answered her questions and showed her the features, and gave her the sheets that the realtor should have provided. If we had been unavailable our house would not have sold. Our realtor also is helping the buyer of our acreage with some early drop off things she wants to do before possession. This will help with a smooth transition for her. Our realtor is an enthusiastic experienced long time member of this community whose real estate knowledge was beneficial to our acreage sale.
