After organizing and quickly closing a purchase on our new home, Crystal took the initiative to help us get organized to sell our current Calgary home. She quickly laid out a plan to get a number of preliminary steps underway (Real Property Report, market evaluation, recommending a lawyer, suggesting staging tips and quickly setting up an agents viewing day). She added a number of innovative displays and even cookies decorated with a picture of our house for the front door greeting of agents. When the negotiations quickly followed, she helped us create a counter-offer strategy that ensured a quick, but properly valued, clean offer to purchase from one of many interested clients.
